Say it,
and it gets done

Usually, automation means people have to learn the tools. GCagent flips that around. We add tools to the systems you already use, so what you type in a chat actually gets carried out. We don't sell a fixed package — it's a custom development solution that starts by designing tools around your work.

Not a chatbot that just answers — an agent that does the work

There are plenty of chatbots that answer "How do I...?" with an explanation. GCagent does it for you on the spot and shows you the result. The difference is tools.

You say

"Wake up every iPad in Grade 3 Class 2 and apply the exam-mode policy"

The agent picks tools
  • classroom_rosterFinds the Grade 3 Class 2 roster and devices
  • push_devicesWakes sleeping devices
  • apply_policyDeploys the exam-mode policy
It reports back

Applied to 24 devices · 1 student without a linked device excluded It tells you what was left out. Nothing is silently skipped.

Most of the work is translating tasks into tools

We don't train new models. The real work is breaking your tasks down into tools and making those tools safe to call.

Our agents run on tool use in the Claude API. Once your work is defined as tools, Claude picks the right tool for the situation, runs it, and reports the result as is.

Four steps

  1. Map the work We look together at the repetitive tasks and the screens you open for them. Anything not worth automating gets filtered out here.
  2. Define tools We split the work into tools the agent can call. If your existing system has an API, we use it as-is.
  3. Build the agent We turn language into tool calls and add permissions and confirmation steps.
  4. Operate and refine We watch the real requests people make and keep refining the tools and guidance.

On top of your systems

No switching to a new system. We attach tools to the APIs and data you already have. It's even faster with products we built, like GCgos, and for Hangul documents and shared folders we reuse our existing Claude connectors.

It asks before anything irreversible

For actions that can't be undone — deleting, wiping, sending — it shows the targets and asks for confirmation first. Saying it doesn't make it fire immediately.

It stays within your permissions

The agent inherits the permissions of the person asking. If you can't do it, neither can the agent.

Everything is logged

Who asked for what, which tools ran, and with what result — all recorded. Automation you can't trace later is dangerous.

It says when it can't

It doesn't make up a plausible answer when there's no tool for the job. It tells you what's missing.

Beyond schools

We started with school work, but attaching tools works in any industry. If there's repetitive work, it's a candidate.

Is there something you want to automate? Just tell us the steps you follow today, and we'll tell you whether it can be broken into tools.
